I had posted a complaint against an agent by name Prakash seeking no policy was issued approximately three months ago. After lodging the complaint in the head office the branch manager got in touch with me and asked me to undergo a medical test upon which I would get the policy. Now that I have undergone the medical test and have informed them and also took back my complaint, there's no follow up on status and no policy is received. Request you to kindly action.
Regards Shalini (I don't have to give the policy number as the branch manager knows my name more than an other policy applicant in the branch) but please do let me know if you need anything to help me get my policy.
