LIC portal for all Queries
LIC has introduced a one-stop platform to attend queries related to all types of portals ( Agent, Customer, and merchant) and various digital services of LIC.
For resetting Cashier passwords, merchants have to use this Grievance Redressal System. The merchant has to create a Ticket on the system and further enquiry will be on the basis of that ticket number.
