I have a LIC policy (no. 892828487) which has part payment every 5 year. Policy is maturing in Jan-2026. For this policy, 1st & 2nd part payment is received in Jan-2011 and Feb-2016. 3rd payment due in Feb-2021 has been returned by the bank as the bank is not allowed to take any new payments due to RBI restrictions. Can you guide how to get this payment. The branch code for this policy is 888.
