Branch Manager attitude on 7th heaven, illiterate personnel with lack of knowledge on how to surrender the policies from overseas. He wants us to come there and surrender it. We sent all documents via email and original policies has been handover by my mom, his response was I 'll not do it till original signed surrender documents been received. He said I dont care who you say or complaint, I 'll not do it and do my way the way I like to do.
