I visited this branch yesterday, with reference to a pension policy. I have a movement disorder resulting from a neurological condition. The staff, all clearly busy, took the time and effort to ensure that I met the correct official right away. This was the administrative officer, who helped me transact my business, courteously and promptly. I wish to place on record my appreciation of the quality of service and the generous, helpful and caring attitude of the staff.
