STEP BY STEP PROCESS FOR DOWNLOADING
Mediclaim eCard (Club members)

Use the link given below
https://portal.medibuddy.in/login.aspx
Username is your agency code without 0 prefix but with @LIC as the suffix -
Example
If your code is 04234 and branch code is 771 then
username will be 4234771@LIC
What is Password?
password is your full date of birth in DDMMYYYY format
example
if your DOB is 03-07-1968 then the password is 03071968
After first time login
1. Change password
2. Then re-login again using the new password
After re-login use the tab menu (if you are using laptop or desktop use the tab menu visible on the top. If you are using Smartphones then the tabs will be available at the bottom.)
a) verify eMail via OTP
b) verify Phone number via OTP
C) upload any one Identity proof ( PAN, Aadhaar, passport, voter id etc)
d) Upload a photo of the cheque and enter your bank details
Once the above is completed you are good to go... Yet sometimes you still won't be able to download your ecard.
